🌕 Beaver Supermoon — November 5, 2025

The Beaver Moon rises on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 8:19 AM Eastern / 5:19 AM Pacific. It’s also the closest supermoon of the year, which means you might feel emotions running higher, sleep feeling a little off, or clarity showing up in a way you can’t ignore.

Traditionally, this was the time to prepare for the winter ahead. Spiritually, it’s your chance to ask: What do I want to carry with me into the next season? And what am I finally ready to put down?

You don’t have to do anything fancy. Here are a few simple rituals you can try in the days leading up to the full moon, on the night itself, or in the days that follow.

🌅 When You Wake Up

Instead of reaching for your phone right away, sit up and take a breath. Whisper to yourself:

“I’m thankful for what I have, and I trust more is coming.”

Write one small thing you’re grateful for — it could be your morning coffee, a person, or the fact that you made it through yesterday. This is about noticing what already sustains you.

🖥 Midday, At Work

If the day feels heavy, pause for a moment. Rest your hands in your lap, close your eyes, and imagine a soft circle of light around you.
 Say quietly in your mind:

“Not everything needs my energy. I choose what matters.”

This works especially well if you’re in meetings or juggling too many requests.

🌙 Before Bed

Look out at the moon if you can, or just picture it. Inhale deeply and exhale like you’re letting go of a weight.
 Say:

“I release what’s done. I keep the lessons. I welcome rest.”

Then climb into bed and let yourself believe that tomorrow really can feel lighter.

💫 Mia’s Note:
This supermoon is the middle one in a rare three-part series. It’s a checkpoint — a chance to tidy up your energy before the year closes. You don’t have to do it perfectly. Just choose one small thing to release, and trust that you’ve already done enough.
