Mercury is about to enter your sign and give language to what has been happening internally.
The solar eclipse is approaching your first house.
Mars and Uranus are changing your social future.
Saturn and Neptune are reviewing your worldview.
Pluto is transforming your closest relationships.
Chiron is asking whether old professional wounds still deserve authority over your next decision.
There are very few places left to hide from your own evolution.
That may sound dramatic, but for Leo it is also extraordinarily exciting because you are entering one of those rare periods when the external world can begin changing quickly once the internal decision becomes clear.
The Learning Hub is a useful place to explore the planets, houses, aspects and eclipse cycles behind these forecasts if you want to understand why the first, seventh, ninth, tenth and eleventh houses are all becoming so important to your larger 2026 story.
Leo, August 3–9 is ultimately not about becoming a brand-new person by Sunday evening, and you do not need to reinvent your entire life simply because a solar eclipse is approaching your sign, but you are being asked to stop pretending that nothing has changed when so much clearly has. You have different priorities, different standards, different ambitions and perhaps a different relationship with attention itself, because being seen simply for being impressive eventually becomes less satisfying than being seen accurately.
That is the deeper gift of Jupiter in your sign and the approaching eclipse.
You are not being asked to become more impressive.
You are being asked to become more yourself.
And perhaps that is why the sunglasses story stayed with me, because the person trying on every possible pair did not ultimately discover that the first choice had been objectively superior; they simply needed enough comparison to recognise what felt natural once they returned to it. We do the same thing with identities, careers, relationships and entire lives, sometimes wandering through versions of ourselves that look convincing from the outside but feel strangely uncomfortable from within, until eventually we return to something simpler and realise that the question was never which version would impress everybody else.
The question was which one allowed us to see clearly.
This week, Leo, after a great deal of reviewing, experimenting and second-guessing, your own answer begins coming back into focus.
