Aquarius Weekly Horoscope: October 5–11, 2026

Written by Mia Astrology

Aquarius, you are usually willing to consider an unconventional future, but this week may ask whether you are prepared to do something slightly more alarming than imagining it beautifully, which is completing the paperwork, having the conversation, paying the fee, and allowing the plan to become real enough that other people can form opinions.

The Libra New Moon on Saturday, October 10, lands in your ninth house of travel, higher education, publishing, teaching, legal matters, international connections, personal beliefs, and long-range direction, opening a chapter that can take you physically, intellectually, or professionally far beyond your current environment.

You may begin a course, plan a major journey, develop a publication, pursue legal or immigration matters, teach, apply for something abroad, or make a decision that changes the scale of your future.

Venus is now retrograde in Scorpio and moving through your tenth house of career, reputation, leadership, and public visibility, bringing a former employer, previous professional offer, abandoned ambition, or old reputation issue back for another look.

Mercury recently met retrograde Venus in Scorpio, so a career conversation may continue through the first part of the week, perhaps because someone wants to work with you again or because you have realized that the professional path you dismissed still has unfinished business with you.

Then Venus squares Mars in Leo on Friday, October 9, creating friction between career and partnership, which may place a manager, client, collaborator, or romantic partner directly across from your ambition with a list of concerns they believe should be discussed immediately.

The challenge will be deciding which criticism contains useful information and which criticism is simply another person discovering that your future plans were not designed around their permanent convenience.

Cosmic Overview

The week begins beneath the lingering influence of the Sun in Libra opposing Saturn retrograde in Aries, activating the axis between your larger vision and the everyday information required to support it.

A travel, educational, publishing, or legal plan may encounter paperwork, delays, communication problems, transportation issues, or a serious conversation.
